Wereldberoemd in Brielle – al was het maar omdat De Plantage in 1962 werd geopend door de jonge prinses Beatrix. We willen dat onze bewoners zich echt thuis voelen. Er werken 225 medewerkers en 250 vrijwilligers voor 145 kamers. En wil je je specialiseren of verder ontwikkelen? Dan krijg je bij ons alle steun!

Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG voer je ADL-taken uit, dient medicatie toe en werkt volgens protocollen en hygiëne richtlijnen. Je signaleert veranderingen, registreert deze nauwkeurig en schakelt waar nodig hulp in. Daarbij bouw je een vertrouwensband op en stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt. Samen met collega’s en familieleden zorg je voor een veilige, prettige leefomgeving.

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: €2.735,91 - €3.592,96 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Deelname aan het balansbudget voor extra verlof of pensioenopbouw.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en Digicoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
