Onze wijkteams in Breukelen leveren dagelijks zorg aan ouderen in hun vertrouwde thuissituatie. Je werkt samen met betrokken collega’s in een hecht team met korte lijnen, waar samenwerking en eigen initiatief centraal staan. Samen zetten we ons elke dag in om cliënten zo zelfstandig mogelijk te laten leven.

Dit ga je doen als Verzorg IG

Als Verzorgende IG ondersteun je ouderen thuis bij persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je draagt bij aan hun zelfredzaamheid en welzijn en zorgt voor continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg. Je signaleert veranderingen, rapporteert deze en schakelt indien nodig andere zorgprofessionals in. Samen met collega’s, mantelzorgers en familie werk je aan de best mogelijke zorg en bouw je een vertrouwensband op met cliënten.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735 - € 3.592 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 0 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
