In de wijken Hoograven en Lunetten werk je in een groen gedeelte van de stad waar een bepaalde rust heerst. Ons wijkteam staat bekend om de betrokken en collegiale sfeer: je hebt je eigen verantwoordelijkheden maar kunt daarbij wel altijd rekenen op je collega’s. Als Verzorgende IG draag je bij aan het dagelijkse welzijn van cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving.

Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG help je cliënten bij hun persoonlijke verzorging, voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en stimuleer je ze om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig te blijven. Je signaleert veranderingen in hun situatie, legt die vast en schakelt tijdig andere hulp in waar nodig. Ook onderhoud je contact met mantelzorgers, familie en collega’s, zodat de zorg goed op elkaar is afgestemd. In sommige gevallen vervul je de rol van zorgcoördinator. Dan bewaak je het proces rondom de cliënt samen met de wijkverpleegkundige.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Direct een vast contract voor 18 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735 - € 3.592 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
