Werken in Schiedam is werken in een hecht, professioneel en klantgericht team. De teams bestaan uit ervaren en toegewijde zorgverleners, die nauw samenwerken met onze cliënten, hun mantelzorgers en andere zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties. Ten noorden van de A20 werk je samen met huisartsen in hetzelfde pand, wat zorgt voor korte lijnen en efficiënte coördinatie. Ten zuiden van de A20 is de reistijd kort, werk je met 'echte' Schiedammers en worden directheid en spontaniteit gewaardeerd.

Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG voer je ADL-taken uit, dient medicatie toe en werkt volgens protocollen en hygiënische richtlijnen. Je signaleert veranderingen, registreert deze nauwkeurig en schakelt waar nodig hulp in. Daarbij bouw je een vertrouwensband op en stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt. Samen met collega’s en familieleden zorg je voor een veilige, prettige leefomgeving.

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735,91 - € 3.592,96 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 8 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
