Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG bied je persoonlijke verzorging, verricht je medische handelingen en stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten. Naast je zorgtaken neem je voor een aantal cliënten de rol van zorgcoördinator op je, waarbij je contact onderhoudt met familie en mantelzorgers en nauw samenwerkt met de wijkverpleegkundige. Zo krijg je een verdiepende rol en kun je samen met je collega’s het verschil maken in de veranderende zorgvraag.

Doordat je cliënten écht leert kennen, bouw je duurzame relaties op die je werk extra betekenis geven. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en jouw inbreng in de zorgplanning wordt gewaardeerd. De werksfeer is positief en prettig, met humor en professionaliteit die vanzelfsprekend samen gaan.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Direct een vast contract voor 16 tot 30 uur per week.
  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735 - € 3.592 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
