Dit ga je doen als hbo Verpleegkundige

Als Wijkverpleegkundige in Overvecht stap je dagelijks in uiteenlopende situaties. De ene keer kom je bij een cliënt die zijn leven goed op orde heeft, de andere keer vraagt een complexe thuissituatie eerst om het opbouwen van vertrouwen voordat passende zorg mogelijk is. Je stelt verpleegkundige diagnoses, indiceert, coördineert en verleent zorg, waarbij je verder kijkt dan de zorgvraag alleen. Je analyseert de invloed van de leefomgeving, signaleert knelpunten en zet de juiste interventies in om de zelfredzaamheid en kwaliteit van leven te vergroten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s en ketenpartners, terwijl je veel professionele ruimte hebt om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Juist in deze dynamische en complexe context komen jouw klinisch redeneren, regievoering en verpleegkundig leiderschap optimaal tot hun recht.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 50: € 3.592 - € 4.822 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
