Bij Verdi Groep krijg je als arbeidsdeskundige de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen complexe casuïstiek, mee te denken over kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening en bij te dragen aan oplossingen die werken voor zowel mens als organisatie. Je werkt in een deskundig en betrokken team, waar vakmanschap, vertrouwen en korte lijnen centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als arbeidsdeskundige bij Verdi Groep werk je aan vraagstukken rondom arbeid, gezondheid en inzetbaarheid voor organisaties in uiteenlopende sectoren. Je hebt een zelfstandige rol, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het uitvoeren van arbeidsdeskundige onderzoeken in het 1e en 2e spoor
  • Het adviseren van werkgevers en werknemers over re-integratie, belastbaarheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • Het vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar praktische, haalbare adviezen
  • Het voeren van gesprekken met werknemers, leidinggevenden en HR
  • Het bezoeken en beoordelen van werkplekken
  • Het samenwerken met casemanagers, bedrijfsartsen en andere specialisten binnen multidisciplinaire teams
  • Het actief bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en doorontwikkeling van onze werkwijzen, rapportages en dienstverlening.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot arbeidsdeskundige
  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als arbeidsdeskundige
  • Gedegen kennis van wet- en regelgeving binnen verzuim en re-integratie
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende belangen te verbinden
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken
  • Zelfstandigheid, gecombineerd met de wens om samen te werken en kennis te delen
  • Affiniteit met duurzame inzetbaarheid en mensgerichte dienstverlening.
