Bij Verdi Groep geloven we dat werk een belangrijke rol speelt in het welzijn van mensen. Vanuit Verdi Fit ondersteunen we organisaties bij verzuim, inzetbaarheid en duurzame arbeidsparticipatie. Daarvoor is een goede planning en een sterk medisch secretariaat van onschatbare waarde. In deze rol ben jij de spil in beide functies. Jij zorgt dat het verzuimproces voor werkgevers en zieke medewerkers soepel verloopt.

Jouw rol Je combineert planning en medisch secretariaat en hebt de regie over het organiseren van spreekuren én de administratieve afhandeling daarvan. Je bent geen schakel aan de zijlijn, maar een essentieel onderdeel van het proces. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, van het eerste contact tot en met de verwerking in het systeem.

Wat ga je doen? Je werk is afwisselend: het ene moment plan je een spreekuur, het andere moment spreek je een werkgever of werknemer aan de telefoon en verwerk je de gegevens in de verzuimapplicatie.

  • Uitnodigingen versturen en terugkoppelingen verwerken
  • Gegevens beheren en verwerken in de verzuimapplicatie
  • Afhandeling van e-mails en telefoontjes
  • Contact onderhouden met werkgevers en werknemers
  • Werkzaamheden binnen het medisch secretariaat uitvoeren
  • Knelpunten in planning en processen signaleren en zorgen dat ze goed worden opgevolgd

Wie ben jij?

  • Iemand met MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau
  • Iemand meteen administratieve, secretariële of planningsachtergrond
  • Iemand die nauwkeurig en structureel werkt
  • Iemand met een klantgerichte instelling met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een goede planner die goed kan schakelen tussen taken
  • Iemand waarvoor Microsoft Office geen geheimen heeft
  • Iemand die de rust en de controle bewaart, ook als het even druk is
  • Iemand die houdt van de dynamiek van een professionele organisatie

  • Een salaris tussen € 2.571 en € 3.348 per maand, op basis van 40 uur
  • Een dienstverband van 24 tot 32 uur per week
  • Hybride werken met standplaats Deventer

  • Ruimte voor ontwikkeling en opleiding
  • Een betrokken team met korte lijnen, waarin je collega’s makkelijk kunt bereiken, ook de bedrijfsartsen en arbeidsdeskundigen met wie je samenwerkt
