Bij Verdi Groep bouwen we aan een organisatie die steeds slimmer, voorspelbaarder en datagedreven werkt. Groei vraagt om inzicht. In prestaties, processen en keuzes. Als Business Data Analist speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Jij zorgt dat data klopt, dat inzichten ontstaan en dat de organisatie beter kan sturen. Jouw rol

Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van data, business en besluitvorming en hebt een duidelijke bouwrol binnen de organisatie met directe exposure naar management. Minstens zo belangrijk: je gaat het gesprek aan. Met teamleads, management en directie. Je stelt kritische vragen, helpt bij het duiden van cijfers en zorgt dat inzichten leiden tot betere keuzes. Je combineert analytisch vermogen met communicatieve kracht en weet data te vertalen naar een verhaal dat de business begrijpt en gebruikt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van dashboards en rapportages (BI tooling)
  • Meebouwen aan het datafundament, waaronder datawarehouse en datakwaliteit
  • Analyseren van operationele en financiële data
  • Vertaalslag maken van operationele data naar financiële data
  • Inzichtelijk maken van prestaties, zoals rendement per klant en operationele KPI’s
  • Signaleren van datakwaliteitsproblemen en verbeteren van registraties en processen
  • Vertalen van data naar concrete inzichten en adviezen voor management
  • Sparren met teamleads en management directie over prestaties, knelpunten en kansen
  • Doorontwikkelen van datagedreven werken binnen de organisatie

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris tot circa € 6.000 per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring
  • Dienstverband van 32–40 uur per week

Wie ben jij?

  • HBO+ of WO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met data-analyse en BI tooling (bijv. Power BI)
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en gevoel voor zowel cijfers als business
  • In staat om inzichten helder over te brengen
  • Je durft door te vragen en gaat het gesprek aan met stakeholders
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en houdt overzicht
  • Je begrijpt: goede data is niet alleen techniek. Het is ook gedrag, processen en samenwerking.
