The posting

Bij Verdi Groep ondersteunen we organisaties bij vraagstukken rondom bedrijfsgezondheidszorg, verzuim, vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Een goede start van de samenwerking met nieuwe klanten is daarbij essentieel.

Als Business Implementation Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat nieuwe klanten van Verdi Fit, Verdi Pro en Verdi Next zorgvuldig en gestructureerd worden geïmplementeerd. Je vertaalt contractafspraken en offertes naar een praktische inrichting van onze dienstverlening en zorgt dat deze goed aansluit op de operatie.

Jouw rol

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van nieuwe klanten. Je zorgt dat commerciële afspraken worden vertaald naar duidelijke werkprocessen, praktische werkafspraken en een heldere samenwerking tussen klant, commercie en operatie.

Je werkt binnen de kaders van de ontwikkelde proposities en hebt daarbij een primaire focus op Verdi Fit. Je bent geen sales owner, maar speelt wel een belangrijke rol in het waarmaken van de commerciële belofte richting de klant.

Wat ga je doen?

Implementatie van nieuwe klanten

  • Vertalen van offertes en contractafspraken naar de concrete inrichting van dienstverlening
  • Opstellen van implementatieplannen met duidelijke planning, verantwoordelijkheden en communicatiestructuur
  • Begeleiden van het implementatietraject bij nieuwe klanten
  • Inrichten van werkafspraken, capaciteit en samenwerking tussen klant en interne teams
  • Coördineren van datamigratie en eventuele systeemkoppelingen
  • Organiseren van onboarding voor betrokken professionals zoals casemanagers, POB’ers en bedrijfsartsen
  • Initiëren van de eerste operationele overleggen tussen klant en operationele teams

Borging en overdracht

  • Zorgen dat afspraken uit contract en offerte goed landen in de operatie
  • Vastleggen van werkafspraken, instructies en overdrachtsdocumentatie
  • Verzorgen van een zorgvuldige overdracht naar de uiteindelijke accountverantwoordelijke

Commerciële signalering

  • Signaleren van aanvullende kansen voor dienstverlening vanuit Verdi Pro of Verdi Next
  • Terugkoppelen van deze kansen aan het salesteam voor verdere opvolging

Samenwerking

Je werkt op het snijvlak van commercie en operatie en hebt intensief contact met verschillende interne teams.

  • Je sluit waar nodig aan in de salesfase bij grotere of complexere trajecten om haalbaarheid en implementatieaanpak te toetsen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele teams van Verdi Fit, Verdi Pro en Verdi Next
  • Je verzamelt praktijkervaringen uit implementaties en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van implementatiestandaarden en werkwijzen

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring met implementatie van dienstverlening of projectmatige onboarding
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en stakeholdermanagement
  • Je kunt commerciële afspraken vertalen naar praktische operationele uitvoering
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten, sales en interne teams
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische organisatie met meerdere labels
