Ben jij als (arbeids)fysiotherapeut op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging buiten de reguliere praktijk en zonder de invloed van de zorgverzekeraar?Heb je affiniteit met arbeid en gezondheid én woon je in de regio Midden/West Nederland? Dan zoeken we jou!

Je bezoekt onze klanten en begeleidt medewerkers in het herstelproces met als doel dat ze het werk kunnen opbouwen tot volledig herstel zodat ze het werk op een gezonde en plezierige manier kunnen uitvoeren. De functie bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen:

  • Hands off begeleiding van medewerkers met fysieke klachten
  • Trainen van een goede arbeidsmotoriek, zodat de kans op een recidief verminderd wordt
  • Uitvoeren van werkplekonderzoeken en verzorgen van preventieve trainingen
  • Beheren van eigen projecten bij veel diverse klanten
  • Opleiden van coaches, zodat er binnen bedrijven aandacht is voor het werken met een lage belasting.

Wie zoeken we? Voor deze bijzondere functie zoeken we een fysiotherapeut die:

  • Inspiratie haalt uit het geven van individuele begeleiding en groepslessen
  • Het leuk vindt om op de werkvloer te analyseren welke werkbelasting een belemmering van het herstel kan zijn
  • Makkelijk kan schakelen tussen medewerkers op de werkvloer en leidinggevenden of management
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en afspraken in overleg met de klant kan inplannen
  • In bezit is van een B rijbewijs.

Onze ambitie is om medewerkers die fysiek werk uitvoeren dit op een plezierige en gezonde manier te kunnen laten doen. Dit doen we met een team van 10 enthousiaste trainers en herstel trainers. We begeleiden klanten door het hele land in zeer veel verschillende sectoren. Je kan denken aan schoonmaak, logistiek, zorg, uitvaart, roductiewerk of beeldschermwerk. Interesse?
