Bij Verdi Groep bouwen we aan een toonaangevende groep van organisaties binnen arbeid, gezondheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Met verschillende labels, ruim 400 collega's en een sterke groeiambitie is HR een belangrijke drijvende kracht achter onze verdere ontwikkeling. Daarom zoeken we een HR Business Partner die als strategisch adviseur én betrokken businesspartner bijdraagt aan de groei van onze organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Business Partner ben je de sparringpartner voor managers en directie binnen één of meerdere bedrijfsonderdelen van Verdi Groep. Je vertaalt signalen en organisatiedoelstellingen naar effectief HR-beleid en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken.

Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen strategie en operatie. De ene dag adviseer je over organisatieontwikkeling of leiderschap, de andere dag begeleid je een complexe HR-casus of werk je mee aan een organisatiebreed HR-project. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vraag van vandaag en denk je actief mee over hoe we onze organisatie, onze mensen en onze leiders verder kunnen ontwikkelen.

  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van management en leidinggevenden op tactisch en strategisch HR-niveau
  • Vertalen van organisatiedoelen naar HR-beleid en concrete HR-initiatieven
  • Begeleiden van verandertrajecten, organisatieontwikkeling en cultuurvraagstukken
  • Sparringpartner bij verzuim, performance management, talentontwikkeling en arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties
  • Analyseren van HR-data en trends en deze omzetten in verbetervoorstellen
  • Actief bijdragen aan HR-projecten zoals talent ontwikkeling, engagement en strategische personeelsplanning.

  • Een salaris tussen € 5.000, - en € 6.000, - o.b.v. fulltime en afhankelijk van ervaring

Wie ben jij?

  • Hbo of wo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, Organisatiewetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare HR rol
  • Proactief, neemt graag initiatief en denkt vooruit en over de grenzen van HR heen
  • Sterke adviesvaardigheden en overtuigingskracht op verschillende niveaus
  • Up-to-date kennis van arbeidsrecht en HR-processen
  • Een HR-specialisatie (denk aan: L&D, waarderen en belonen, vitaliteit, leiderschap) is een pré
  • Analytisch sterk, organisatiesensitief en resultaatgericht
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; je bent eerlijk en duidelijk zonder daarbij de verbinding te verliezen.
