Ben jij een ervaren HR Officer die graag zorgt dat het HR-werk gewoon goed geregeld is? Wij zoeken een praktische en kundige HR-professional die overzicht houdt, werk oppakt en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige uitvoering van onze HR-processen. Je hebt ervaring met AFAS, begrijpt de samenhang tussen HR-administratie, systemen en wet- en regelgeving, en weet dat een kleine actie grote gevolgen kan hebben. Je pakt het werk op waar het ligt en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de continuïteit van onze HR-dienstverlening.

Jouw rol

Als HR Officer zorg jij voor een correcte, tijdige en zorgvuldige uitvoering van onze HR-administratie en HR-processen. Je verwerkt mutaties, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gegevens in AFAS en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, documenten en personeelsgegevens altijd op orde zijn.

Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en begrijpt de impact van jouw werkzaamheden op medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de organisatie. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen, pakt werk zelfstandig op en draagt bij aan een stabiele en betrouwbare HR-afdeling.

Wat ga je doen?

HR-processen & administratie (eindverantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit)

  • Volledig en correct verwerken van personeelsmutaties in AFAS (instroom, doorstroom, uitstroom)
  • Opstellen, controleren en beheren van arbeidsovereenkomsten en HR-documentatie
  • Bewaken van wet- en regelgeving binnen de personeelsadministratie
  • Coördineren en optimaliseren van onboarding- en offboardingprocessen
  • Zorgdragen voor een sluitende personeelsdossiervorming.

AFAS & HR-systemen

  • Fungeren als key-user en vraagbaak voor AFAS binnen de organisatie
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit en rapportages
  • Advies & ondersteuning
  • Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in workflows en inrichting
  • Adviseren van leidinggevenden over HR-processen
  • Beantwoorden van HR-vraagstukken van medewerkers
  • Meedenken over verdere professionalisering en standaardisering van HR.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • MBO-4+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Vanaf 1 jaar relevante ervaring in een HR Officer / HR Medewerker rol
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met AFAS
  • Ervaring in een groeiende of veranderende organisatie is een sterke pré
  • Gedegen kennis van arbeidsrecht en HR-processen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatiesensitiviteit.
