Bij Verdi Groep geloven we dat werk een belangrijke rol speelt in het welzijn van mensen. Vanuit Verdi Fit ondersteunen we organisaties bij verzuim, inzetbaarheid en duurzame arbeidsparticipatie. Een goed georganiseerde planning en een sterk medisch secretariaat vormen daarin de basis. Als Medewerker Servicedesk vervul jij beide rollen.

Jouw rol

In deze functie houd je je bezig met zowel planning als administratieve taken op het medisch secretariaat. Je regelt de spreekuren, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat de administratie op orde is. Van het eerste contact tot de verwerking in het systeem: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel loopt. Je werkt in een betrokken team waar je volop de ruimte krijgt om mee te denken.

Je bent dus niet alleen ondersteunend bezig, maar speelt een belangrijke rol in het hele proces. Je werkt vanuit een prachtig landhuis in Dordrecht, een sfeervolle en bijzondere werkomgeving waarbij vrijdag jouw vaste werkdag zal zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Plannen en coördineren van spreekuren voor bedrijfsartsen
  • Beheren en verwerken van gegevens in de verzuimapplicatie
  • Afhandelen van binnenkomende e-mails en telefoontjes
  • Onderhouden van contact met werkgevers en werknemers
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen het medisch secretariaat
  • Signaleren van knelpunten in planning en processen en zorgen voor een goede opvolging

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau
  • Je bent servicegericht, communicatief vaardig
  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve, secretariële of planningsrol
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je kunt goed plannen, prioriteren en schakelen tussen werkzaamheden
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en bekend met Microsoft Office
  • Je blijft rustig en houdt overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
