Het is ons streven om een positieve bijdrage te leveren aan de loopbaan van individuen en de inzetbaarheid van gemotiveerde mensen binnen organisaties. Ons team bestaat uit ervaren re-integratie en loopbaancoaches, die op maat trajecten begeleiden. We zijn een landelijke speler, die dichtbij klanten en vanuit regio’s werken. We weten dan ook als geen ander wat er in de regio speelt.

In deze rol begeleid je werknemers in hun re-integratie traject (tweede spoor) en/of loopbaantraject. Je helpt hen bij het zetten van nieuwe stappen in hun loopbaan, eventueel passend bij de belastbaarheid, en je coacht op thema’s zoals werkdruk en overbelasting, werk-privébalans en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Daarbij ben je niet alleen een coach, maar ook een adviseur en sparringpartner voor werkgevers.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Begeleiden van re-integratie trajecten, met name tweede spoortrajecten.
  • Coachen van werknemers op het gebied van hun loopbaan in hun huidige en/of toekomstige functie.
  • Onderhouden van contact en afstemming met werkgevers.
  • Schrijven van rapportages, ondersteund door onze methodieken en leidraden.
  • Werken binnen een hecht en enthousiast team, met ruimte voor eigen ideeën en initiatief.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding (Noloc-certificering is een pré).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, resultaatgericht, flexibel en denkt in mogelijkheden.
  • Je hebt overtuigingskracht en een commerciële instelling.
  • Je bent in bezit van een rijbewijs.
  • Je hebt ervaring als re-integratie coach en/of loopbaancoach. Heb je nog geen ervaring, maar zie je wel raakvlakken? Dan ben je ook welkom om te solliciteren.
  • Je bent goed in staat om je eigen werk te organiseren en veel van je werk vindt solistisch plaats. Dit vind je een prettige manier van werken.

Wat wij bieden

  • Een contract voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
  • Salaris tussen €3.700 en €4.500 o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek en afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Leaseauto met mogelijkheid tot privégebruik.
  • Mogelijkheid tot flexibel en hybride werken: bij werkgevers, thuis of in één van onze coachlocaties.
  • De mogelijkheid om het grootste deel van je tijd in je eigen regio te werken en je regionale netwerk verder op te bouwen.
  • Veel vrijheid om je werk te kunnen doen.
  • Een warm, betrokken team van collega’s waar je altijd terecht kunt en waar je voldoende mee kan sparren tijdens intervisie en/of teamdagen.
