Om onze klanten hierin optimaal mee te nemen, zoeken wij meerdere Relatiemanagers die niet alleen relaties onderhouden, maar actief bijdragen aan klantontwikkeling, cross-sell en langdurige samenwerking.

Jouw rol als Relatiemanager

Als Relatiemanager ben jij hét vaste aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van klanten binnen jouw regio. Je onderhoudt relaties, bouwt deze verder uit en weet commerciële kansen tijdig te signaleren en om te zetten in concrete resultaten.

Je begrijpt de dynamiek van arbodienstverlening, verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid en bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus het gesprek te voeren — van operationeel overleg tot strategische sparringssessies met HR, management en directie.

Je bent zichtbaar bij klanten, denkt proactief mee en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich verbonden voelen met Verdi Groep. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de bestaande dienstverlening: je herkent behoeften, adviseert over aanvullende oplossingen binnen de groep en draagt actief bij aan klantbehoud, groei en versteviging van partnerships.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren, versterken en verder uitbouwen van klantrelaties binnen jouw regio
  • Fungeren als strategisch sparringpartner voor klanten op het gebied van verzuim, inzetbaarheid en dienstverlening
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en actief bijdragen aan cross-sell binnen Verdi Groep
  • Sturen op klantbehoud, klanttevredenheid en duurzame samenwerkingen
  • Vertalen van veranderingen en ontwikkelingen binnen Verdi Groep naar klanten
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van klanten en onderhouden van sterke relaties op verschillende niveaus
  • Intensief samenwerken met interne teams, specialisten en management
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere inrichting en ontwikkeling van de rol Relatiemanager binnen Verdi Groep.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen de arbodienstverlening, verzuim of duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • Je combineert relatiegerichtheid met een duidelijke commerciële drive
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en weet relaties op verschillende niveaus op te bouwen
  • •bent ondernemend, proactief en resultaatgericht
  • Je krijgt energie van klantontwikkeling, commerciële kansen en het realiseren van groei
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en praktijk
  • Je vindt het leuk om te reizen en zichtbaar te zijn bij klanten
  • Je hebt minimaal enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen het vakgebied
