Als Sales Support medewerker bij Verdi Groep ondersteun je het verkoopteam, dit op meerdere expertises binnen de Verdi Groep. Je brengt structuur in leads, offertes, contracten en de salespipeline, terwijl je steeds meer leert over commercie en salesprocessen. Lees verder en ontdek wat deze rol jou biedt.

Jouw rol

Jij zorgt ervoor dat de commerciële organisatie achter de schermen klopt. Leads komen op de juiste plek terecht, gegevens staan correct geregistreerd en accountmanagers beschikken over actuele informatie. Zonder jouw overzicht blijven aanvragen liggen, raakt informatie verspreid en ontbreekt een betrouwbaar beeld van de salespipeline.

Je werkt voor Verdi Groep en verschillende proposities binnen de organisatie. Daardoor krijg je te maken met meerdere commerciële vraagstukken en leer je hoe verschillende onderdelen van de groep samenwerken. Je ondersteunt accountmanagers, maar krijgt ook ruimte om mee te denken over de manier waarop Verdi Groep sales organiseert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je registreert nieuwe leads, belt deze waar nodig na, verdeelt ze binnen de organisatie en bewaakt de opvolging.
  • Je beheert de salespipeline en CRM-administratie en werkt daarbij onder meer met Tribe en Excel.
  • Je stelt offertes op, ondersteunt bij tenderinschrijvingen en zorgt dat contracten en commerciële administratie correct zijn vastgelegd.
  • Je ondersteunt de MKB-propositie en denkt mee over leadgeneratie, commerciële processen en de gezamenlijke aanpak van de verschillende labels.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Je krijgt een functie waarin je werkweek voorspelbaar kunt organiseren en tegelijk ruimte houdt voor thuiswerken. Op dinsdag en donderdag werk je met je directe collega's op kantoor in Apeldoorn. De overige dagen stem je af op je werkzaamheden, afspraken en samenwerking met collega's.

Daarbij kun je rekenen op:

  • een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.000 op basis van 40 uur;
  • een functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week;
  • hybride werken en flexibele werktijden;
  • ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen commercie en salesondersteuning;
  • een brede rol waarin je voor meerdere organisaties binnen Verdi Groep werkt;
  • werken binnen een organisatie die zich richt op gezondheid, werkgeluk en duurzame inzetbaarheid.

Wie ben jij?

Je werkt nauwkeurig en krijgt rust van een administratie die klopt. Tegelijk houd je overzicht als meerdere aanvragen, leads en collega's tegelijk om aandacht vragen. Je hoeft geen doorgewinterde verkoper te zijn, maar je begrijpt wel hoe belangrijk goede commerciële ondersteuning is. En je vindt het leuk om klantcontact te onderhouden.

Verder is het belangrijk dat je:

  • minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau en ten minste één jaar ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst hebt;
  • de Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst en heldere commerciële teksten kunt schrijven; Wanneer je ook Engels beheerst is dit een pre!
  • goed kunt werken met administratieve systemen en Excel. Ervaring met Tribe (CRM) en kennis van vitaliteit, gezondheid, inzetbaarheid of preventie is een pré.
